The deck at an angle is garbage.
The performance of the grinding machine is sufficient for my needs. The deck on a disc sander is complete bullshit. Poor design, very difficult to adjust no matter how hard I try to tighten it it still wobbles and sits askew on the grinding wheel. Haven't switched to a belt yet, I think it will be the same. If you're looking for a deck strong enough for corner sanding, then this machine isn't for you.
