Universal Flash Drive Exceeded Expectations

64GB SSK USB-C Flash Drive formatted with Fat32 file system; the most versatile formatting method for a computer file storage device. Flash drives in Fat32 format are recognized by all devices designed to work with USB drives. I saved a small .mov file on floppy disk that my guitar teacher sent me to illustrate the chord changes required for a song I was struggling with. After transferring the file to the SSK stick, I removed it and plugged it into my phone's USB-C port. The SSK stick was recognized immediately. When I clicked on the .mov file in the file list of my phone's file manager, the VLC media player app appeared and the movie started playing on my phone. This is the first time I've done it this easily. The mechanics of the SSK 64GB Flash Drive Cover are positive and reassuringly simple. The hinged drive cover simply clicks over the USB-C port when using a USB 3.1 port and vice versa when using a USB-C port. It also snaps to an intermediate position as it passes that point. While I can't think of any practical use for this half position, overall it's a good design for the flash drive cover. My own Crystal Mark test scores weren't as good as the SSK read scores for this flash, but my write scores were better. While the Crystal Mark results provide a quantitative measure of read and write speeds, in real-world conditions the drive exceeded my expectations. Saving computer files on it or copying files was almost as fast as doing the same steps with my computer's M2 SSD. The USB stick got a little warm in the Crystal Marks test. However, I did not notice such heat after repeatedly accessing the flash drive from my computer or mobile phone. The staff is approximately 2.5" long and just over 1/2" wide. It fits easily in my denim watch pocket and attaches to a key ring with a sufficiently sized loop at the end of the flash drive cover.
