I took off a star because most likely these guys were just lucky to buy them from Ali. Mine came with both the visual inspection passed and correct device IDs in STM32Cube, both with the wrong R10 value, both are 10k. I will replace them with the correct values (1.5k - 2.2k) but be aware that these guys are not reworking this hardware at all, it still contains flaws from the original design. Might buy them again if I need the blue pill in a pinch.
