Review on 👜 Solo New York Flatiron Slim Laptop Briefcase: Sleek Black/Grey Design for 14.1-Inch Laptops by Jermaine Krishnamoorthy

SUMMARY: Great bag, buy it t I spend time writing reviews but after checking this I felt I had to. Let me just say this case is PERFECT for my needs. I wanted a bag that was very snug but still offered protection for the laptop. I was a bit worried because it says UP TO 14.1" but it fits my 14.1" laptop with extended battery without any problem. (Now if it was a really thick 14.1" laptop with an extended battery it would fit just right, but this one fits just right. My laptop is a "regular" thick MacBook. The case probably won't fit a 15", unless it's thin enough) 2) I have one of those Swiss Army backpacks when I take my laptop to class, so I didn't worry about having room for files or books. or accessories The expandable pocket on this one is big enough to fit a power adapter and a couple of flash drives or whatever, but nothing else In a lot of cases I've had it hinders getting in and out of laptops needed. The shoulder strap has a nice little glide pad, like many.The ends of the shoulder strap are plastic but it's kind of a very tight/thick plastic that doesn't feel flimsy at all.It doesn't hold the weight at all.The plastic clips also have metal lugs to hold the weight rings to hold on the housing. It all seems very reliable. 4) Another issue is that there are a lot of neoprene sleeves out here that probably offer about the same or maybe a little less protection. Case, but there is no way to hold it (handle or shoulder strap). The fact that it has both while being so compact is extremely valuable. 5) Another issue was the quality for the price. I paid about twenty dollars for it. They have similar cases from other brands that sell for over $60 so I was concerned it would be cheap junk. BUT the build quality struck me as EXCELLENT. I don't see any obvious manufacturing defects. The quality of the material seems to be very good. No protruding threads. etc. I think the quality and materials are on par with a $60-80 suitcase so that's a great deal. Overall I rate it 10 out of 10.
