It's an excellent tool for keeping up with customer service-related issues like requests from customers or internal questions/presents about our product that might need addressing quickly! This also helps us keep track of what needs doing internally so we don't forget anything (e.g., followup emails). We haven’t seen much room for improvement; however it would be great if they could make more customizable templates available through their online store - some things have gotten lost over time due to changes made during upgrades etc. I think this problem can potentially get resolved once there will come out new versions which should include newer features such as better customization options. The biggest benefit has been tracking work done within my department since i am not working directly under anyone else who may know something but just forgetting to ask them because i was unaware myself until afterwards.
