I am leaving a review to comment on some points as I just received the PC on day one and wanted to share some thoughts on it. This is my first gaming desktop purchase. I bought a gaming laptop from CUK about 6 years ago and it was a pretty good experience back then too, but now I've decided I want to get a gaming desktop and all I can say is wow I am amazed that they make for the desktop. I first bought it earlier this week and felt left out because it didn't show Prime on it and said it would be a few more days. and within a week it became available for Prime but I already bought it. However, these guys are amazing and it arrived much quicker than expected, basically as quick as it was when Prime prepared it for me. They sent it out pretty early and it got here a few days later. What really impressed me is that everything that came with the setup aimed at making sure it was up and running as quickly as possible. I didn't even have to call tech support to get help (as they provided a quick guide that explains step by step how to get everything working) and one very nice thing that really impressed me is, that they have a full checklist that the 2 people (technician / and QA) manage on the unit to make sure everything is working well (and each of them attaches / signs each checked part). I'm only listing this because it wasn't listed in the description and after receiving it it felt a little better to feel like they actually cared to review their product they shipped to have. So thanks to Alex P and AF for all your help! So far absolutely nothing has gone wrong and the thing works great. The build feels solid and everything feels intact and in place. There were many protections on the packaging. a huge amount of bubble wrap on the outside of the box - huge styrofoam things to hold the computer in place (of course) and even a styrofoam thing inside the computer (which was easily removed before the computer started), everything allowed to be protected. his journey. The fans are really good - it's nice to see that their cooling system works pretty well and you can even feel the cool air being blown in blowing out a bit from the side of the front. They're not very loud for the most part, but they're not entirely quiet either (since I doubt there'll actually be anything with 6 fans spinning). just feels great that the experience was completely hassle free. I'll update if anything else goes wrong but for now it's honestly 5/5 stars for sure. It was so easy, just plug in and play. (Of course, note - while they try to help you make sure a lot of things are up to date and everything has been tested, you should always make sure to run a standard Windows update after you've received it, so that it's 100% up to date as they usually cause common issues and I've had a few windows updates installed on scan) but still great job, well done by CUK. So far the plug and play has definitely been very easy and at this point I'm sure I would choose CUK again if I ever needed an upgrade.
