In the foreword I would like to say that I am about 6 feet tall and weigh 225 pounds. The chair is easy to assemble, high quality materials. The wood is better than I expected, as is the fabric. The seat is filled with what the description calls memory foam. Not bad but a bit thin for my weight. In fact, the overall chair is a bit small and wobbly for my height. It's great that I can sit up straight and not slouch which is why I got it. But after three or four hours of computer work, my knees hurt so much that I have to put my feet on the floor. It makes me sit on it like a rocking chair. And because the seat pad is a bit thin and compresses under my weight, my butt gets tired after a few hours, too. I think this chair would be better suited for those who are smaller and lighter or for shorter periods of time but it's still a good product.
