Here are some good seals. Don't skimp on such a big job. You'll hate yourself if you find a head gasket leak or intake manifold leak the first time you start the engine. All pads fit perfectly and are a feast for the eyes. The intake and cylinder head gaskets alone are worth the entire cost of this kit. I bought a large tube of Permatex Ultra Black because I wasn't sure if the small tube that came with it would do. Looking back, I see that it probably would have been, but with no room for error. I can't comment on the valve stem seals. I have professionally restored the heads in the engine shop. All other seals supplied are top notch.
