Review on Towallmark Seatbelt Cutter and Window Breaker Emergency Escape Tool by Chris Long

I hope I never have to use it but I've secured it in the car with two small Velcro straps. I really like that it's so bright it's very easy to spot even if you're thinking straight. I also like the fact that the seat belt blade is open and ready to use, but doesn't immediately damage anyone who brushes against it.
