I like that you can find all information about your flight in one place even when traveling with different providers such as hotels / restaurants etc.. It's not free but it doesn't cost much either so nothing really bad here! Would be great if they had more payment methods supported by their platform e.g PayPal which would make things easier especially from countries where credit cards are less popular than debit card payments. Online bookings of flights at low prices using multiple travel agencies while having complete control over them through an easy user interface.
