UPDATE: I stand by my original review but Kaido have contacted me and offered me a full refund on my purchase which is excellent is customer service. Added an extra star to initiate communication and offer a refund to resolve my issue. I'll start by saying it's my fault for not reading the description carefully enough before purchasing, so I was a little shocked at how small the tires were. I expected a larger size. Again, this is my fault. Needless to say, the quality is so-so. The color of the tree isn't even on the tires. Some are lighter, some are darker, and the oval hoop is useless because the hook at the top for hanging is not in the center of the oval, it's about a half or a half inch off the center line. When twisting the hook at the top of the largest hoop to make it tighter, the horseshoe shaped part popped out but came back fairly easily. It won't hold the piece tight enough to work with, for example when doing cross stitch, but it will do the job of holding the finished piece. In general, the purchase is not very satisfied, but not enough to return.
