I love that it's one place to look up all your tickets, projects or even open issues for our business! It helps me keep track of what is going in my organization as well have access from anywhere with an internet connection (or no Internet!). Sometimes we need some guidance but not always available online so this software makes sure you can still get help when needed without having someone physically at their computer/device 24 hours per day 7 days week 365 weeks year!! The only thing i dislike sometimes about thinkowl support team they are slow responding especially if something needs immediate attention like getting ticket fixed right away etcetc.. If there was more communication between them maybe faster response times would be better? Nothing major just minor things here nthere every now then which could make work easier than usual :) Definitely worth trying out its really helped us organize stuffs.
