Great Tool For Customer Service Tracking

I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface for both new users as well as experienced ones! It helps us keep track of our customer service request in one place which makes life easier when we're trying to handle multiple requests at once or even just having them all in mind while working with customers! The only thing i dislike about thinkowl are their support team (which seems very slow) but if you can get past this hurdle then there's nothing else wrong really :) If anyone needs

Great tool and great customer service

I love that it's one place to look up all your tickets, projects or even open issues for our business! It helps me keep track of what is going in my organization as well have access from anywhere with an internet connection (or no Internet!). Sometimes we need some guidance but not always available online so this software makes sure you can still get help when needed without having someone physically at their computer/device 24 hours per day 7 days week 365 weeks year!! The only thing i dislike
