I like that it is easy to use, has an intuitive interface for both new users as well as experienced ones! It helps us keep track of our customer service request in one place which makes life easier when we're trying to handle multiple requests at once or even just having them all in mind while working with customers! The only thing i dislike about thinkowl are their support team (which seems very slow) but if you can get past this hurdle then there's nothing else wrong really :) If anyone needs help setting up your first ticketing system please don't hesitate because they have awesome tutorials available online through youtube videos etc..
Also try out other products before choosing think owl otherwise its hard knowing where exactly you should be using what product so do some research beforehand!! We've been able solve issues regarding tracking tickets by being more organized and keeping things straightened away from emails/texts sent via text.
