The controller was received on time in the minimum packaging of a zip package and a pickle envelope with Prime shipping. There is no visible damage. As you can see from the photo, the controller is safe and sound. an almost exact replica of the original LG controller, right down to the weight. Made in China. Unfortunately not all buttons work. Some of them don't work all the time and others work in unpredictable ways. I was looking for a replacement controller that works 90% of the time, not one that works 10% of the time. I cannot recommend this controller. I would definitely not buy it again. The only positive thing I can say is that it was cheap. Save your money on an OEM controller.
