Great little portable hand/wrist compression device. It does Not massage but does have a vibration mode that gives the alternating compressions a little difference in sensations. I do wish the there was a mode to adjust the speed of the compressions than just the level of the compressions: how tighly squeezed. For the price this is still a great product to have at your convenience. My fingers, palm and wrist felt better after use and the compression dots disappeared after a half hour.
