So far it has worked very well for my dog.
My dog is approximately 15-20 inches tall and 22 inches long. If that is too small for you, you can simply buy an extension cable specially made for the car. He would add the extra length needed for your pet's size. Your dog was too big for it, or a replacement item was sent to you. After I installed and tightened the seat belt underneath, this seat did NOT move! Gives me peace of mind that she can't rock around there and being my dog she's a little tender/fearful, she's comforted that she can see me and recharge my batteries (as she pleases). So far it's working well for us. now there are two!
