Definitely waterproof
Finally a raincoat that is completely waterproof and doesn't leak through the seams. This thing is made out of a rubbery material. I wrote this many times in the pouring rain and it worked. At 5 feet 9,175 pounds, the medium fits well. The pants are a bit long but I just pull my waist up over my belly button. I usually wear pants that are 30 inches long.
