I didn't like that the outside of the case was very DIRTY when it arrived. I was concerned it was a used set but the contents were new and boxed. So I actually put the cover in the washing machine for a few minutes and the dirt came off. Then I put the cover in the dryer for a few minutes to dry it. The case now looks BRAND NEW! You should know that the tiles are VERY EASY to read! and tile stands AND tiles fit in a Rummikub case. They should have shown it in a picture on the website. I would buy this again. definitely.
