I'm 6'1" and weigh 205 pounds and I ordered XL. It fits perfectly. This isn't my first wetsuit, I've been surfing for over 30 years since I was a kid. The fit and stretch of the 3/2mm suit is excellent, the seams feel firm but don't chafe on the inside so hot spots and rashes aren't a problem. We'll see how many seasons it lasts, but my first impression is that it's made just as well as the $150-$180 3/2mm suits I've had.The zipper is strong and has double velcro at the neck .The velcro is quite short so it's a bit difficult to grab and open with wet hands but it holds up great in the surf.There is also an internal pocket along the zip for keys, ring or other small ones Items where you don't have to worry about salt water damage. It's a light suit, so I'll probably only be able to use it in the spring. and fall sessions here in the Northeast US, but that's what I bought it for.
