I am very dissatisfied with this led strip kit. Each individual LED diode is set to one color, not 3 per diode. If you want white, the entire strip needs to display all of the red, blue, and green diodes, which doesn't make true white due to the color spacing of the diodes. You want a blue color, only the blue diodes will light up and all the red and green will turn off. This creates a dark void between each blue diode, like Christmas tree lights. However, there are no fancy color-tracking effects or patterns. There is only a fade and strobe effect with no ability to customize your own. I had to buy a new light strip to get the lighting effects I wanted. Also, duct tape is terrible and with any luck it won't keep the strip in place for more than an hour. If you still want to buy, add some good quality 3M double sided tape or staples to your cart as you will need them.
