I am 47 years old and had arthritis in my knees and Baker's cysts in my back last summer which can be painful when I straighten my legs after they have been bent. I have never worn knee pads or compression sleeves. I researched them and the list was the Sparthos Knee Compression Sleeves. Once they caught my attention I started reading the reviews and looking at the ratings they were getting. Almost everywhere it was 4.5 to 5 stars. People talked about how comfortable they felt, didn't slip, and what kind of support they offered. One person even mentioned that he had Baker's cysts and they fit him perfectly. So I thought what the hell. Try it. Like everyone else I give them 5 stars. They don't slip and definitely offer more flexibility when I bend my knees. I train on the P90X2, do martial arts and Krav Maga. Baker's cysts used to limit my range of motion. When I wear them I have more movement without pain.
