Great customer support and constant improvements

I love that they are constantly improving their platform, so it is always getting better! They do an amazing job at keeping up with all of our marketing needs in one place - from email to website changes/updates we need done quickly without having multiple people working separately (or not as efficiently).

We have been using them since 2013 when my husband was still running his own agency but he has now moved over full time into managing third shelf's team members who help us out every day via chat or phone calls etc.. There really isn't anything bad about this service other than maybe how expensive some things can be if you're just starting off your business compared what others charge more upfront? But again once everything gets set-itselfs straight then there shouldn't any problems after going through training sessions where everyone should get used too these products before actually buying.

Pros
  • I like that everyone is so helpful no matter what time of the day or night we need help and we've always gotten helpful phone calls or quick email responses from the team
Cons
  • As of right now i don't dislike anything about the service however I am a bit of the frugal type and find I don't use a lot of what's available
