REALLY REALLY GOOD. FULL DETAILED REVIEW!

Update #2: I can't believe it's 2019 already! My machines still work like new. I joke because I had a habit of buying a new pair every few years, but I'd recommend them just as often today as I did then. Mine hasn't had any problems so far. I forgot about this review until now but thought I'd update you all! 7 years no problem! EDIT: It's been 9 months and I still love this trimmer. I see so many reviews from people saying the blade wasn't sharp and the adjustment tool didn't work. I just want to say that they must not have followed the instructions and didn't know what they were doing. The adjuster allows you to set the distance between the blades to zero, making it sharp enough that you can't push or pull it against your skin without injuring yourself. I have no idea what they were doing lol. I'm VERY happy with mine so far. Very little Maine. if necessary to keep them in order. Buy these trimmers, take care of them and you'll never need a pair again. It's that simple. To be honest, I already had a pair of andis T-Boots, but by a strange coincidence, I left them with relatives in Kentucky. After realizing I had left them I decided to take a step and get another pair, but after some reading I came across these trimmers and decided to give them a try. Packaging ------------ - The trimmers themselves were packaged in a nice box with instructions, a trimmer adjustment tool, 3 guards (1.5, 1, 1/2), trimmer oil and a blade guard. The equipment was more than sufficient and met your expectations. Trimmer -------------- Beautiful trimmer in black, gray and shiny chrome finish. Looks very interesting, feels good in the hand. He's a bit smaller than my Andis and I've heard from several places on the internet that he looks like a toy. Having held it I can promise you that it is very durable and has some weight so you know this is NOT a toy or a Walmart trimmer. The on/off switch is on the bottom of the unit, as is a hook for hanging the trimmer and power cord. It's smaller than my Andis but as a tall man I can assure you it's easy to hold and still ergonomic in my hands. I would like to point out that they NEVER get hot! I've fed this to myself and my roommates and it doesn't get nearly as warm as my t-rims. The RED ones are newer and initially I just wanted to return them for fear they wouldn't be as good but after using them I will NEVER return them. These are AWESOME blades ------------- At first I was frustrated that the RED detailer is newer and has a slightly larger blade, but remember BIGGER isn't better! It comes with a fairly sharp T-blade out of the box that cuts well. After pulling out the instructions and using the trimmer blade adjustment tool that came with it, I was able to EASY adjust it to be as sharp as I wanted. WHEN I TOLD YOU this is the SHARPEST blade I've ever owned, trust me. Once you have this set up, you need to be careful! There is no need to pass more than one or two MAX lines. It left a SUPER sharp line that almost didn't look real! I actually readjusted them after the first few shaves to make them a little less sharp. You don't have to click or anything. A simple light hand is enough! I don't bother with other trimmers at all. It'll be as spicy as you want it! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Overall Rating ------------------ I don't understand why there is such a big gap between them and Andis' T-Edgers. i will do it now Both have their differences and to be honest, both can get the job done. I prefer the slightly smaller size of the detailer and also that it doesn't get hot! It took about half a second to get used to the size, but after that it wasn't a problem at all. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! Well I've done my best to give you a solid review of these trimmers as I know sometimes you need a good first hand review to make a decision. I had BOTH andis T-Edger and this one. I prefer them for a number of reasons, but I know they can both get the job done. I'm sure you will be more than happy when you order them. hp I'm not an employee of Wahl or Revain, but when I come across a good product I want you all to know! Happy pruning!
