Bags require some effort to fit properly in the docking station. I had to make sure the bag wasn't all the way down or the lid wouldn't close. I eventually found that the plastic tube extends into the pouch when the lid is closed, but the opening for these pouches doesn't taper like the iRobot, making the pouch difficult to attach. I've only tried one bag so far, I hope they all work!
