Review on πŸš— Upgrade Your Car's AM/FM Signal with the uxcell Car Shark Fin Antenna by Ryan Carter

Looks good, quality sucks.

First, it's quite large. More than I expected. But the factory antenna was cracked and cracked, and to properly disassemble it I would have had to remove the headliner, the c-panel trims on both sides, and the luggage rack. One nut remains for removing and replacing the factory installed antenna. It is slightly larger than the factory antenna, which allows me to separate and mount the remains of the antenna on the surface of the car. 3m adhesive strips are included. Therefore I remove the remaining parts of the old antenna and carefully mount them on the old one. Wait 24 hours to ensure a good set. I go to get my son and when I get home there is no antenna. Apparently they used glue to make "carbon fiber" but they attached it to the frame and the rubber gasket didn't freeze. The antenna is gone. Only the frame remains. Although they provided industrial grade glue to attach the rubber pad to the machine, the glue they used to bond the gallery to the frame and the frame to the antenna was not up to standard. It appeared to be adjusted correctly, but on the first freeway drive the antenna came off somewhere on the freeway. Damn.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • I won't say anything
