Bring On The Rain is good for speed and agility training

Failed to load media. Whether it's sweat or clouds, raining indoors or outdoors! I myself grew up with the culture of football and my children have also been immersed in it. Ideal for a variety of sports and occasions, this agility trainer can be used both indoors and outdoors. You can also anchor the speed ladder to the ground outdoors. When you're inside, just tell your kids (or whoever's using it) to be a little more mindful. My oldest son used it in the hallway on those rainy days (ooh! He actually let me make a quick video of him using it [teen lol]). He's now in the middle of volleyball season at school and it rained every day we didn't study or work. It definitely removed the feeling of limitation. The cones are very flexible and are great for training; We bring them to the park to equip the perimeter for games. Everything is very "on the go" with pockets and straps for easy portability. The ladder can be held together with a Velcro strap that goes down the middle. The steps themselves are adjustable on the sides, so you can shorten the distance between them or lengthen them to fit your height. Great functionality! Can also be used to train dogs (and cats if you wish). My younger rescue dog loved the cones and soccer balls at our park, although my cats just want to play with the cones.

Pros
  • for speed and agility training
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
