Excellent customer service provided by CSD Team

The ease of use with all aspects from sales management right through billing/accounts receivable was very easy in comparison other systems I had used previously at previous jobs (both large companies).
Customer Service Desk has been great! Very efficient & knowledgeable team that gets things taken care off quickly when needed!! Nothing really comes up too often but it's nice knowing there are people around 24 hours 7 days if you need help solving an issue which may arise during your day-to-day work flow process as well.  Would highly recommend this product over others out their because we have not run into any issues so far while using them since implementation about 2 months ago!!
