Better to have wire cutters handy. If it wasn't for COVID I would have returned this item. When you first open the packaging, the metal loop holds nothing together and opens immediately. (I don't give 1 star for that) The loop had nothing to hold on to so it kept slipping out and you had to flex the hoop to even get into the dome just to get it to slip out. After trying to fit this hoop into the top of the dome for about an hour and being very, very disappointed with my purchase, I decided to cut the metal wire and thread it through the white band around the top and it was in order. If you're paying that much money, you might as well get one that's easier to collect.
