I use this in the work place to keep track of work and communications. It's a very easy to use!
I like that it's easy to use with all my different work emails.
It allows me to keep everything in one place instead of having to look around multiple folders. The only thing I dislike is how sometimes there aren't as many options when using certain functions within stories/articles because they are very limited. If you like staying organized and keeping track of your articles and communications then this will be perfect! This helps organize things into one spot so we can have everything right at our fingertips.
Pros
- Easy way for employees, students & patients
- Great organization system
- Can access email anywhere or internet accessible phone app from any computer just don’t forget password once logged in (which happens frequently)
Cons
- You really cannot customize anything except by going through their web portal which requires an account
