Offered by many companies with different names. I think they are all made by some company and just sold by different companies. I ended up choosing two out of two different companies at Revain and they are exactly the same. They have a slight flow restriction compared to the original that comes with the WaterPik. Everything will be fine if you don't take full advantage of the original. You just have to turn the push button. If you've maxed out the old one, you'll notice a slight drop in pressure. Instead of a switch, they have an off button. Therefore, when you turn on the WaterPik, the water will start pouring out immediately unless you hold down the button. This is a small offset hole in the shutoff button that restricts flow. Some of them come with screws and a small one-way valve to prevent backflow. You don't need new screws and you probably don't need a one-way valve. This particular brand is a hose only and does not come with bolts or a valve. It takes less than five minutes to remove the old one and install the new one.
