At first I wasn't sure what to expect from this product. Two Saturdays ago I spent 7 hours detailing the car for the first time. I washed, foamed the snow, hand washed, decontaminated the metal (Iron-X), clay bars and then polished with Porter Cable DA and Meguiar's final polish. The car came out so smooth and shiny already! This was my first experience with auto detailing, so I forgot to use IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to remove polishing oils and residue before applying the Sio2 coating. The rest of the car came out fantastic! Incredibly smooth, sleek and shiny, especially on a white car. I've also used this on my wife's machines and still have plenty left over. I've also used it on my wheels and I can't tell you how much easier it is to clean the car now. I use McKee 37 High Gloss Detail Spray to refresh the shine and will use their Sio2 car wash to recharge the finish. Pictured is my car after it rained over the weekend driving down the freeway.
