. I bought 2-80 amp circuit breakers for my solar truck. Using 50A MPPT DC charger, 80A breaker for input protection and 70A breaker for output protection. The charger is limited to 50 amps and can control charge rates up to 20 amps. He kept the switch at 50 amps and reduced the current to 40 amps. still pops up. I had to limit the current to 30 amps to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. This happened to 2 identical breakers ordered a month apart. Bought a breaker from another manufacturer and it didn't click at 50 amps. hmmmm
