You'll have to learn to drink from it, but it takes a little practice.
It holds enough water in a container that is not too bulky to take with you for a walk or run. So far it seems really tight. It takes some time to get used to drinking out of it I mean. It's not the same as just drinking from a straw in a glass. But with practice it becomes easy and the design of the drinking tube makes it so reliable. i really like it Bought a second one for a friend. By the way, when it says "no carbonated drinks," that's what it means.
