I liked it but the top is too big

I liked this swimsuit but the bikini top was too big so I had to return it. I'm 5'5", 148 pounds and have an athletic build. I needed a large one for the shorts and cape to fit properly, which they did, the shorts and cape were perfect. But the bikini top is not adjustable at all and was too big. I'm only a B cup so you might be fine if you cheat more. I liked the look of the suit, it looks just like the picture.
