Poor workmanship. the product should be avoided if it has stopped working and shows signs of loose parts. Everything was fine the first time it was installed. When I came back to do my wiring, I found the hub had stopped working. I started troubleshooting and found that the power connector was loose and I had to bend it at a very specific angle to connect it. I ended up improvising by taking a sheet of paper, bending it several times to make it thicker, and inserting it into the power connector to give it the required angle. It's extremely frustrating when all you need to do is power your fans and cool your parts.
