I work in a hospital so I walk about 10-15 miles a day. In my case you get two black-brown straps and two additional buckles. One of the black buckles broke on the first try. I emailed the sender and they responded within 4 hours (that's what I call good support). They said they would send replacement buckles within 7-15 days. Received in less than 7 days (I call it good support). They sent two new black buckles and one new brown buckle. Any manufacturer can have a defective part. In the case above, I think this is what happened. As long as the seller supports their product, I'm happy. The time will show. At the same time, I have extra buckles in case they come up. As long as I like them. Never had a sliding belt. Infinite customization and DO NOT spend $50 on a strap like some others available. Many Thanks.
