The best part of metqy is that it can be used for managing any kind of calibration procedures as well as its easy interface helps me solve my work related issues very quickly without having much technical expertise about this tool.

I think there are no downsides at all but if you want more customization then go ahead otherwise nothing bad i have experienced so far from using their product. It's quite good software where we use it daily when dealing or working with our customers who require calibrations regarding different parts like air conditioners etcetera.
