This non-stick pan is so versatile and easy to clean

This granite like non-stick coating is truly wonderful. You can cook in this pan with no oil at all, although I have been using a little bit just for flavor and extra browning of the food. It's a good size for so many dishes, especially something like sausage and eggs, or some fried potatoes with bacon. I'm especially finding it works well for carmelizing onions without burning them, and doing it much more quickly than usual.
