Good accuracy, high resolution, 40,000 counts Replaces a failed 50,000 count meter. It has many improvements over the previous counter. It has an auto backlight that WORKS if you go to a darker place, it will turn on automatically for easier reading. It has all the necessary bells and whistles. Automatic switch-off to avoid unnecessarily draining the battery. The backlight also turns on the light on the pointer so you can see what it's set to in the dark. The locking system prevents wires from being inserted in the wrong holes and prevents the transition to an unsafe function. My old meter is still available for three times the price. I would recommend it if you need extra precision over cheaper models.
