I bought Shining Buddy LEDs to use as cycling running lights during the day and they suit my needs perfectly. They are inexpensive, unobtrusive, light and very noticeable. They are also well designed with a simple, screw-free elastic attachment system that allows them to be easily attached and removed from the bike. I mounted one on the handlebars under the bike computer so it can be seen by oncoming traffic and attached the other to my seatpost so it can be seen from behind. I would recommend these lights to anyone who wants to be more visible to traffic day or night. I also received excellent customer service from Shining Buddy. After my first ride with LEDs, I found that the taillight had been severely dimmed since I started my ride. When I got home I found an email from Shining Buddy asking if I got the light and if I had any problems. I replied that the tail light was not working properly, that it appeared to be a battery issue and that I would change the batteries and see if that fixes the problem. They emailed me immediately, apologizing for the problem and saying they would send a replacement taillight the same day, which they did. The problem with the original taillight was really dead batteries - I think the light just sort of clicked on the way to me - so now I have two working taillights. I appreciate that Shining Buddy located my purchase and responded to my issue so quickly.
