The product has been around for many years now that it feels like its not really changing much anymore (at least in terms how you can actually use them). I feel this makes support difficult when things change or go away/not available any more because they don't have enough resources /time spent maintaining these products so new features may never get added back into their development process! Just keep using what works best with our current system which allows us all employees access easily from anywhere as well if needed but also gives customers peace knowing we are still able do everything without being at office setting up meetings etc - keeping costs down too!!
