Great asset management software and good support

The best thing about Nexgen was that it allowed us to keep track of our assets in one place - easy access from anywhere! It also integrated with other systems we used (like SAP) so there were no issues integrating into those as well. I think they could improve their customer service department but overall not too many complaints here for me personally. We had been using 3 different programs previously before switching over to this system which made things easier since all information would be…

Ease of use and ability to track efficiently for our needs

The ability for our technicians to effectively track all assets in real time as well as view historical data was great! I have not found anything that would be disliked about this product however there are several features we may need added or changed with future upgrades which makes us wish it could do more than what has been done already! We were able to see who worked where at different times allowing them to take breaks when needed without having any issues during shifts. This also allowed

Great toolset however, needs updates

The product has been around for many years now that it feels like its not really changing much anymore (at least in terms how you can actually use them). I feel this makes support difficult when things change or go away/not available any more because they don't have enough resources /time spent maintaining these products so new features may never get added back into their development process! Just keep using what works best with our current system which allows us all employees access easily…
