Looks good, poor quality

The playpen is the perfect size for a kitten before it came indoors but was so difficult to put together. Everything went very well until the LAST wooden pole, which was at least 2 cm longer. After much torment, we saw off 2 inches in the end and everything fit. Unfortunately this wasn't the last of the issues - my kitten wasn't in for 5 minutes before the top zip slipped off the track and didn't want to go in anymore. The zip MUST have a stopper and safety zip. A lightning bolt without end just calls for trouble. Edit: correct the situation by sending a new one. I'm sure the design won't change, but at least I have spares in case this one fails.
