I love how simple this software works! It's super intuitive once you get used to all of its features. The support team was extremely helpful as well when we had questions about our account or issues with their system. Their demo walkthroughs were very thorough in showing us everything they offer. They also have some great tutorials online if needed too. If you're looking into pointillism but aren't sure what exactly will work best for you/your business - make an appointment with one of their consultants who are there only to help answer any queries you may have during those appointments (and not just sales pitches). We use them mainly because of the ease-of-use factor. Our marketing teams like being able to see where people end up after clicking through from various channels such as social media posts etc.
