Very disappointed with this shelf. Looks good here, but what arrived looked like it missed quality control. The wood had dirt stains (?) that were under the face veneer, so they could not be removed. There were numerous scratches on the black frame, reaching down to the raw metal. And yet 2 mounting bars were missing - it was impossible to attach it to the bike. It went back. Seriously, I think this company needs their supplier to step up their quality checks as so far about half of these reviews say parts are missing. It is a pity that this was not possible for us.
