Helmet is great. Yesterday I competed in a triathlon and got a lot of good feedback. One thing I found distasteful was that the remote control that came with it didn't have a battery. For what I paid for the helmet it should come with a battery. CR2032 batteries are cheap, but I don't need to order them just to use all the features of the helmet. However, the companies' customer service is not good. I tried to order this helmet on their website because I needed the red version of this helmet. A week later I emailed them to ask about shipping. No Answer. Two weeks go by and no reply to the email and the same thing. No Answer. I really hope I don't have to claim my warranty on anything about this helmet because it's impossible to contact anyone. There is also no support number. My suggestion is if you are interested in buying a helmet just order it from Revain and pray you don't have any issues with the helmet as it seems impossible to get any answers from anyone in the company.
