Great tool used by multi-office staff

This software is very easy for us as we are not tech savvy at all, so it was super simple! The customer service team were amazing with helping me set up my network which I really appreciated that they took time out of their day doing this. There isn't anything major about the product but perhaps more options could be added? It's great working through big leaf support because you know your data will go where its needed most without any problems or delays which makes life much easier when running business online (as well as offline). Having one single point of contact has made our job significantly less stressful too - being able to communicate easily between myself & them via email means everything can get sorted quickly if there ever comes something wrong along the way. We have been using BIGLEAF over 3 years now and haven’t had an issue yet regarding its use/functionality. Our main focus here within my role is ensuring customers.

  • Not many customisable features available
  • Can sometimes take longer than expected
