Bigleaf Review

The control panel is super user friendly, it's very intuitive with no need for technical training or support staff required! Everything from managing WAF rules/filters can be done within this platform without being able to figure out how your network devices work internally (which makes me feel like an idiot). This software is very easy for us as we are not tech savvy at all, so it was super simple! The customer service team were amazing with helping me set up my network which I really appreciated that they took time out of their day doing this. There isn't anything major about the product but perhaps more options could be added? It's great working through big leaf support because you know your data will go where its needed most without any problems or delays which makes life much easier when running

It is easy to use, has great customer support and best of all it's free! There isn't much I dislike about this product. The only thing that I don't like is how long it takes for my website to load. We have two websites hosted on bigleaf and they both load very slow. The problem seems to be with our hosting provider. I hope there will be updates soon to fix this issue. The best thing about big leaf is that it provides us with an open platform for all our network needs, be it data or voice services. It has become very easy now as we can manage everything from one place without any hassle of managing different platforms separately. I have no complaints so far but if there are then please let me know immediately because this will help you resolve my issues easily. We use big leafe primarily for its flexibility where we can connect to more than 1 location at once
