I received the package 2 days after ordering as I am a Prime member. The box was perfectly packed. There are 4 camera boxes containing the antenna, camera and mounting screws. The other box contained an HDMI cable, a mouse, a long-distance antenna for the camera, and a power adapter for the dash cam. The DVR was packaged in a bottle with instructions and 2 window stickers. The power supplies for the cameras are packed in individual plastic bags. When I assembled the cameras and DVR, plugged in the HDMI cable and turned everything on, I encountered a problem. All I get is a black screen. I thought there was something wrong with my TV, but whenever I unplugged the HDMI cable, my TV got covered in snow. So I tried connecting the monitor to the VGA port instead, but got the same results. So I contacted Revain who contacted the seller. This is where it gets interesting, Will, TonTo Security customer service, emailed me on my cell phone asking for more information. I was very surprised. Today is Saturday and someone contacted me immediately. That's excellent customer service. With this kind of service I will definitely use this company again. I gave it 3 stars for both image quality and durability as I have not actually used the product or received a replacement. After troubleshooting Will he decided to send me a new DVR. I should get a replacement by the end of next week at the latest. I will update my review once I receive a replacement.
